Dear all NVAC volunteers,

This week, we are having an outing for the residents to the neighborhood coffee-shop on this coming Saturday. For your information, this will be our last activity before we have a break to prepare for our coming final examinations.

Below is the timeline for our proposed session.



Timeline:

1400 Arrival of volunteers
1430 Pairing of volunteers to residents
1445 Departure for coffeeshop
1500 Arrival at coffeeshop
1545 Departure for mwh
1600 Arrival at MWH
1630 Debrief and end of session



We are proposing to bring 10 residents (5 ambulant, 5 non-amublant) . It will be a one-to-one pairing system (1 volunteer to 1 resident) for ambulant ones. For wheelchair-bound residents, it will be a two-to-one pairing system for less strong or inexperienced volunteers and a one-to-one pairing system for strong volunteers who are experienced in handling wheelchairs. Since it is the last visit before we go into mugging mode, please come down to visit the residents!
