Dear all volunteers,
This Saturday, 23 september, in conjunction with Volunteers Awareness Week, we are going to bring the residents to West Coast Park.
Below is the timing for this outing, please be punctual as we intend not to let the bus driver to wait too long before departure.
Timeline:
1345 Arrival of volunteers
1400 Pairing of volunteers to residents
1445 Departure for West Coast Park
1520 Arrival at West Coast Park
1630 Departure for MWH
1705 Arrival at MWH
1715 Debrief and end of session

For this major outing, we are bringing 15 residents out, 10 ambulant and 5 wheel chair bounded. So we need at least 20 volunteers for this!!
